I am delighted to join this Allstate family. My proposal was fairly priced and the customer service Christian gave and gives me as an agent is wonderful. I know who my agent is and I feel very valued as a customer. I would recommend using this agency for all of your insurance needs because they follow up, and check in from time to time just to see if there is anything they can do further to help with any insurance needs or questions. It makes a HUGE DIFFERENCE to know I have someone I can call and they will get right back to me in a timely manner ready to help in any way they can.

They were super aggressive in getting me to sign up for coverage. Idris was persistent in helping me. I had a family emergency my coverage lapped I made the payment and still received no assistance. I was told by the Manager here Mr Storey that he would help me get a new policy but he dodged me and continued to hang up when i called and never returned my phone calls. Glad I was able to switch to progessive with lower monthly rates and better customer service.

They were super friendly and helpful when I started my policy but after that things went downhill fast. I canceled online on 05/30 once my daughter reached driving age and the rates were going to be twice as much as what a competitor could offer. On 06/03 I received a notice that the automatic payment would process soon. I sent an email to Waymon Storey regarding the issue and no response. In July I received another notice of an unpaid balance so I sent another email to Waymon Storey and copied his assistant on 07/22. Again I never received a reply. Today I was going through my emails and found in junk mail a notice of an outstanding balance. I sent an email once again to Waymon Storey and copied his assistant. In 1 year they increased my price by 91% even though I had zero claims. When I called and cancelled my insurance, instead of getting a refund, they continued to bill me and change additional fees. I have called this office multiple times and I never got a response even after leaving messages. The only way to communicate with this office is through the call centers where the person on the other end of the line barely speaks English. Do not waste your time or money on this company. At best, they're bad at their jobs, at worst, the are neglectful and manipulative crooks.
