WIA, 5 Stars. Hands down. they became my agent of record after having Michaels Insurance being bought out by the biggest POS Insurance compnay. Working with WIA has been a pleasent experince. They answer the phone, emails too! Even better, they know what they are talking about. I was under insured on my house, they were honest...if they don't increse it it won't be replaced if there is a fire. Since my coverage had not been increased in 6ish years, and we are in the inflation territory it made sense. Professional, personal and reliable. All aces.
