Useless, I spend over 20 minutes over the phone and no one ever get back to me, promised to call back next day and never happened. Avoid a headache with these people

They don’t return your phone calls or reply to your emails. It took over a month for me to get an answer about endorsements made to our policy.

Sent an email with pictures of my current policies (home and auto) as I was shopping around. 3 weeks later never got a phone call or responding email. Guess they don't need new business.

I switched to Watson when we moved to the area. Kristina V was so thorough and very timely in helping me transfer and redo my 3 policies. She also just helped me this week adjust a policy for an upcoming move.
