Warren Cunningham - State Farm Insurance Agent

State Farm has been my insurance company for decades. I don't feel like a customer when I stop or call, I feel like a good friend. Excellent all the way around!

Hours are very limited. It is posted 8:30 - 5:30 but more often then not we get an answering machine. Issues are passed on to the main State Farm offices rather than dealt with locally. Quality of customer care has gone down over the almost 40 years that I have been a customer of State Farm.
