I put myself into a tough situation with the introduction of vanity plates that I wanted at first but then didn’t — and the ensuing sequence of events caused me to have no active registration for a couple of days! The team at Walsh jumped in, with no less than three of their team working feverishly to get me back on the road quickly. They meet your frustration with the systems we all have to interact with as drivers (insurance companies/registrations/RMV) with humor, professionalism, and a clear plan. This office is a hidden gem, and the people in it are experts in what they do, and offer a friendly, family type atmosphere which soothes the pain associated with all the running around that needs to be done at times to keep you driving and with all the bases covered.
