Just want to give a shout out to Annette Hill, Agent with Inman Insurance. Annette has helped my husband and I with our Medicare Supplemental Insurance for several years. She has always had our best interest at heart. Recently, I had a personal situation with an Insurance Company regarding a policy my Mother had. Have known these people for years due to work, Keith has usually been good to me and my family. Gus, Annette, and Katrina are outstanding. Lisa is EXTREMELY rude and will huff and puff at any question you have and laugh at you like you are stupid. Had a claim that I worked directly with Progressive to resolve. Progressive stated my policy was good to go. Lisa told me the policy needed to be canceled and I asked how to avoid that considering there is a loan on the vehicle and there needs to be insurance. At first there was no way, then after explaining to her 3 times the claim situation she said she would talk to Progressive and see if we could keep the policy.
