Walker Insurance Associates

I would highly NOT Recommend Walker Insurance. They canceled our policy for an accident that was not our fault. The owner would not return our calls, we had to physically go to the office on several occasions and still did not receive any answers. I hope you have the day you deserve Mr. Walker your a disgrace to the insurance industry!

Got good service at Walker with Annie back in 2018. Got my auto and homeowners insurance through them (Erie and Safeco) Tried to get coverage on another vehicle today (3pm Thursday July 3rd 2025) and was shocked to get a snub. "I can't do it today I have four quotes to do." Mind you there were ZERO customers there and three agents at their desks. Don't know the agent's name (never offered it) but she seemed to be in charge. So I'll wait 4 days and get my 3 policies transfered. Nobody should be disrespected like that.

My boyfriend has been using this place for our car insurance for a few years now. Only complaint he's ever had is that they charge you an extra $3 if you don't have cash on you and need to use your credit/debit card.

I love Walker Insurance! The staff is always helpful and so nice! I am grateful to have such an amazing team of agents! Thank you guys for everything!
