The initial customer setup was great I got a good price and everything went smoothly. But I hope you never need to talk to them after that. I was with them for two years. After the first year, my insurance rates went up significantly across the board. Unfortunate, but not necessarily their fault since the market is always changing. I reached out for new quotes, and it took weeks to get a call back. At the time, I just let it go because I didn’t want to deal with switching insurers. But my 2-star review really comes down to their customer service. Right before my renewal for year three, I contacted them again because my rates were once again going up significantly. First he set us up with a home owner policy, then after a few weeks of getting settled I called back to see what switching my car insurance would do... he made my rate affordable and is saving me BIG BUCKS in the long run!
