Hi Wade Lowery & Company, I have been in the Insurance Industry, myself, for more than 2 decades, in the Philippines. Both, as an Insurance Sales Trainer and in actual selling, as Regional Sales Manager. With the No. 1 Insurance Company in the Country, covering a period from 1979 to 2000. However, my insurance experience here in the US is completely different. In a way, since my role now is not to sell but to buy insurance. I am NOT happy with Allstate at all. It takes forever to get anyone on the phone and when you do they seem to struggle with the English language. The computerized phone system they use is frustrating. I did get the best price for Home Owners when I bundled with them but am seeing now that probably “you get what you pay for.

In the beginning it was great, good rates, helpful people, unfortunately within the six months I've had the policy it went up $20 which put them outside what I could afford. Also, when I emailed the person who set up my policy she never responded nor did anyone else at that agency. I finally had to call and go through the autobot to finally talk with someone. That was disappointing. I guess I'm just used to more personal care.

It has been difficult when I switched to All-State, my deductible was set at 1,000, 500, than after 2 months down to my preferred 200. It took 4 months for me to speak with an agent to explain drivewise benefits. Not an easy journey dealing with All-State at all
