Watson and Sons has been our insurance company since the late 90's if my math is correct. They've handled home and auto and they have been there every time I needed them. Everyone I talk to is so helpful and I love that I can stop by and talk to them face to face. If I need to play around with options they don't hesitate to run different scenarios to see what works best. I haven't had a bad experience with them yet and I've done both house and auto claims. I would highly recommend them to any and all that want a friendly face with GREAT service!!

Brian Ross, the principal at the firm, is among the best agents / insurance professionals I've ever worked with and, as a veteran in the insurance industry, I know what a great agent / insurance business owner looks like. Brian and the carrier he represents (Erie) are first rate in terms of product, service, and a personal touch that makes you feel truly valued as a customer. We had an unusual issue involving water damage in our home not long after placing our business with Brian. I have been dealing with WAWatson Insurance for over 60 years. My first experience was in 1963 when my car was involved in an accident and my car had to be replaced. They saw that my claim was quickly taken care of since I required a car for work. There have been many claims for home and auto since and all have been taken care of in a reasonable and timely manner.
