VW Brown Insurance Service

Never had to use my coverage, so I cannot speak to that. My policy was paid in full every month with no issues. The typically responsive staff has recently lacked meaningful communication regarding policies and pricing. After sending three emails with no response, and requesting confirmation of third email received, I called to speak with someone. I was told there was a note on my account that someone called and left a message. Thankfully, all cell phones keep record of calls, missed calls, and voicemails - of which I have zero from the agency. Saying they received my final request for cancelation (that I requested confirmation), they offered no response or inquiry on while I was canceling. I had an experience with this agency because my car is not running and waiting for the parts since January. I asked for assistance with this matter and would like to work out with my policy to be extended or cancel or other option what they have a better suggest, but they chose not to offer assistance and kept my money. They are not honest staffs. They are not trust people as well.

VW Brown, Eric and his associates on one of the dumbest agents I have come across in my entire life. Due to their incompetent and lack of listening and following instructions, I am being penalized an additional amount after paying my yearly renewal premium.
