It was very hard to get a hold of anyone. You had to do all of the work if you got into an accident . Never could get a hold of even the 24 seven number people. And when you cancel your insurance policy and switched to another insurance company, they still take the money out of your bank account a week later. Not for us.

Agent Aaron Bostick does not make changes to policies when asked by customers. When confronted, he said “accidents happen”…..then failed to make the changes a second time. His lack of attention can cost a customer a lot in a time of need. We left Farm Bureau for a more competent agent.
