I am a generational Farm Bureau customer and Rob is my agent at the warsaw office. I think he is great. But because the Tappahannock office is so much closer for me, I often just pop in here. Yesterday I dropped in to pay my auto insurance for 2026 and long story short, Tammy Obier reviewed some basics on my auto policy and my bill dropped almost $100! I was so happy with her going out of her way to save me a little money and this level of customer service is why I stick with and refer my friends to Farm Bureau.

Tiffany Berry is definitely an asset to your office. I had an issue that went on for quite some time, but the moment I called and spoke withTiffany she got the ball rolling and took care of it right away. She was such a nice person to deal with as well. Her professionalism and sweet personality is top tier!

Tiffany Berry has excellent Customer Service! She was very helpful and always ready to assist. Mary Alyce Bronner was helpful as well. Both are knowledgable of any policy information. I enjoy coming in the Tappahannock location!! Thanks and great job ladies!!
