I am appalled and unhappy with the way my insurance premiums on a 2017 vehicle have increased. I have never received a traffic violation of any kind and have made no claims. Now you want me to jump through hoops to lower my premium. I don't think it's fair that I have to pay more for other peoples claims (the reason you gave in the letter accompanying my statement)! However, I do love my agent and I hope you gave him a substantial raise out of my premium! He is a kind, Christian individual.
