Lynn Durham is the best insurance agent!!! I can call, text or email her anytime & she is always so helpful & willing to help me. She looked at all my policy's & got us the same coverage for cheaper than what we were paying. And our policy went up when we added a new vehicle & our son to the policy & she helped us look at other ways to improve our coverage & got our payment lower to what we could manage. I would recommend VA Farm Bureau to everyone I know.

There have been some changes at VFB, just as there are at most of the insurance companies now in existence, especially dealing with Homeowner Policies, in direct relations to nationwide disaster claims from weather, floods, fire etc. When I found out my VFB homeowners was going away, I started to panic & was quickly calmed after speaking with Lynn Durham, my agent & dear friend. Even before calling, I should have realized that just as several times before, Lynn & VFB, would take care of me & get everything back on track! Over the years & having lived in several different states, dealing with insurance companies, I've never felt as comfortable as I feel with Virginia Farm Bureau. My family and I absolutely adore the agents and staff at the Goochland office. Everyone is so kind and helpful when we come in. My girls love coming into the office because of all of the adorable farm/cow decor and the sweet staff! You know you can count on them to be there for you when you really need it.
