Ashlee at the Daleville VA Farm Bureau is very helpful, and really knows the insurance business and how to deal with various insurance providers. I have an antique commercial vehicle and a 5 year old semi . She shopped various providers and found insurance that was considerably less expensive than any other insurance people I spoke to, and met my needs perfectly. And she is very efficient also. My wife also likes to go up to their office and pay in person because she likes dealing with Ashlee so much. Thank you for having Ashlee as the go to person at the office.

Ashlee at the Botetourt Farm Bureau office was a great help in getting our old car removed from our policy and a new car added. This happened over the course of a few days and involved getting the old car to a nephew in Warrenton and picking up the new car in Salem. Pretty disjointed, but she made it easy peasy. Thanks!

Tricia, an agent at the Daleville, VA office is wonderful. She brought my monthly payment down by roughly $30!!! My yearly premium is so cheap and I am SO happy that I had gone with this insurance company. When she told me that she can guarantee that she can get me a lower rate, she was not joking! She is very personable, honest and friendly. The whole staff at this office was a delight to deal with, all so very friendly. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Farm Bureau insurance company. I wish I didn't even put a 1 star. Worst customer service. Tom Riddle is a joke and also the agents. They do not care about their policy holders and will charge so much for insurance and will not pay for claims.
