Please do not come here for tax services. Over the past two years, I have experienced unprofessionalism—my documents were misplaced, and Tony laughed while informing me of this. Throughout my numerous calls over the two years, I was never told that my documents had been lost.
Don't come here! Especially for tax services. Never got my tax return because Tony didn't even type my SS# right. Called them back about it and all they said they couldn't do anything about it.
Amanda was so easy to work with! she was beyond helpful with any questions and always willing to assist; even though she was busy with incoming calls and clients. she always found the time to help and return calls promptly.
