Useless and unethical. I worked with Bill for almost 5 years as he was a Progressive insurance agent. Frankly, there were many things that irked by about Village Insurance: (1) responsiveness, (2) fulfilling promises, and (3) ethical questions. When I moved locations and updated my address, my insurance went up 25% - I contacted Bill to determine if there were any adjustments to the policy which could lower my premium. Village Insurance reassured me various times they would review other options and get back to me within 3 business days. It took about 15 business days and multiple back-and-forth's for Village Insurance for them to finally conclude there was nothing they could do.
