This office is nice and has nice staff. But if you ever have to file a claim, don’t expect them to help you. They will listen to you and all but it’s like the claims department is on another planet. You will be on your own. So are you really in good hands??

I would never recommend getting insurance at this Allstate in Blacksburg (Christian). Z. Quoted me a price for a year on two cars. The first six months was okay it was around 550.00 For six months. After that it went up $120.00 too $350.00 or more for little over two years. For the past 6 months my insurance was raised TWO times and I didn't have any accidents at all. I also had my house insurance with them to get the discount rate. If I got it you could not tell it. My home insurance went up around $140.00 last year. Never once did Zane ever go over my policy to see if there could be something less I could have gotten. I don't think I ever got the discount if you don't have an accident.
