They were very good for 8 years I’ve had them. Just this year there communication has been awful. I called to take full coverage off an old car because I got a new car. They continued to bill me at the old rate for months and would not reimburse me the money. I called them every month for three months and they still said it needed to be approved. The last month I started to text them to get it all documented. I still have no refund and have decided to go with another company. It’s pretty ironic when they can change the bill so fast when they’re making money but when there needs to be a refund it takes months or never. I would give negative stars if I could.

The worst agent ever. He does nothing to help with claims. Completely operating in bad faith. They claim they never receive any documents via the claims email they told us to use. They closed our claim because they called an old phone number when they've had the correct number and knew that no one would be available via the LANDLINE. It's been almost 6 MONTHS and we're still fighting them to cover all of the damage. They only sent a check that barely covered part of the repairs, with no explanation of what was actually covered. We had to ask for a detailed estimate 10 times!! When they finally did send a check it was 3 months after filing the claim!! Then they blamed us for taking too long to have the repairs done!! The adjuster was so rude that even the contractors didn't want to talk to

The staff at this office Are always very friendly and helpful. My family has dealt with this office for quite a few years now, and we've never really had a bad experience. The place is always very clean, the agents are always extremely friendly and helpful, and service is generally fast when you have to visit this office. Highly recommended overall for an insurance office.

Still got no information 3 weeks later. Insurance agent left gave me away to another then another. Rates went extremely high on truck. Should be covered on house and hurricane not even sure. Thinking just fema at $35 a month on a trailer. No response no answer. I live over 60 miles away from New agent
