My parents went in for an auto and homeowners quote. Ready to purchase. However, they left very disappointed. The representative that assist them told them to start worrying about a life insurance policy instead of being worried about insuring an old house and cars. My parents were ready to pay the entire policy/policies premiums for the year. They were also told they couldn’t afford the rates. It’s sad 😞 as a former and currently active licensed insurance agent myself, I know this goes against TDI’s regulations and it was definitely an unfair practice. My parents are the sweetest and most mannered people in the world.

Staff are very kind and helpful. I have been helped by both Mr. Sotomayor & Stephanie and they always provide excellent customer service! Definitely coming back here for my future needs.

Don’t really call you back for anything. If you need info I’d recommend going in person cause if you call and they’ll say they’ll call back.. they won’t. Also, if you work a minimum wage job it ain’t worth it go find another insurance company😭 I’m paying 300+

The staff was friendly and helpful, and helped get my insurance payments down from $500/ month.
