I had the best experience. Raschel made it so easy to switch our auto and homeowner insurance. Plus it saved us so much money we are $150 less for auto a month and $900 less for our homeowner for the year. Wish we would have switched sooner. Thank you Raschel for your help and knowledge about the different policies.

I would rate this insurance office a 0! I went into this office to get a quote only. I spoke with Raschel. She was very friendly, gave me quotes for my home & vehicles. She also told me I might need to do a survey. I opened the email with the survey & realized they wanted me to take pictures of my home. Why doesn’t someone from the insurance company come out to do that? I didn’t complete the survey. I got spam emails everyday telling me to complete the survey. I got a voicemail from someone named Chandler saying they would come out & do a survey. A month went by & I heard nothing. Then I got a message from Raschel saying my policy was “in force” & would I like to add my vehicles for a multi line discount? I never authorized them to give me a policy. I didn’t sign any papers.

Raschel was knowledgeable and personable. Easy to work with. Was able to get me a cheaper quote than what I was paying in a quick and timely manner. Would recommend her to anyone.

I have been very impressed with this company! They really took the time to listen to me and what I was needing. The person I spoke with was Raschel. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking!!

If I could give a zero star I would! So many people told us to stay away from State Farm… we should have listened.we have never had issues with insurance companies before, This place has double charged us every few months and tried to tell us we didn’t pay when we have receipts showing we have paid. They tell you one thing and then tell you something different every time you call because nobody there is on the same page or knows what they are talking about. Lucy is rude and unprofessional. I have so many more things I could add…
