My experience with Chris and Verus Insurance Agency has left me wondering why I ever bought insurance by myself. For years, I've purchased insurance myself online and dealt with entering the same information to 5-10 websites and getting calls, texts, and emails from every company with their quotes. Chris changed the game for me. I sent him the information about the house and cars I was insuring, and he went to work. Chris, really took the time to explain everything to me. He is very knowledgeable in what he does. He is the pure definition of a servants heart! He wants to help you to help you not to make money off you. I have had a few questions along the way and he always takes the time to make sure I get my answer. Working with Verus Insurance Agency is great because of the high focus on customer care. Chris took the time to get to really know my insurance needs and thoroughly explained the details of my policies with me, especially with a focus on what would be covered under which situations.
