My name is Berta. I just want to warn you not to trust these people from Veronicas insurance. They are thieves. I talked to José extension 9011 and he sold me car insurance for 3 cars and I gave the first payment on December 1 and according to later the other payment would be on January 1 and another colleague of him even talked to me to ensure that all the paperwork was good and fill out other forms. The gentleman's name is Axel Garay and what happened that today, December 21, they charge me again the month of Insurance and according to Mr. José says that it is normal that at the beginning they charge 2 times the insurance and they moved the collection days now they are going to be every 21 these people are thieves apart from charging their commission. This company completely ripped me off. I was quoted $894 for my insurance premium and I specifically asked if there were any broker fees. “Monica Miranda” told me there were none. Yet my card was charged $1,099 over $200 more than the actual premium. This is outright deceitful business practice. I feel lied to and taken advantage of. I will be reporting Monica Miranda and this agency to the California Department of Insurance and the Better Business Bureau. People deserve honesty when it comes to their money, not hidden charges and lies. They are doing this to many people I am sure and must be stopped !

Has no consideration how they impact the community, which provides them business. Refuses to take responsibility and work with its community and local officials to resolve this issue. This business has been supported by the local community and residents for many years. Recently, a homeless encampment began in the rear alley of this business. As a result, the homeless moved the trash can onto the public street, and trash has accumulated to a degree that posed a health hazard.
