Veronica Edwards-O'Brien - State Farm Insurance Agent

I just love Veronica! She is so nice and helpful and always makes you a priority! States farm insurance and renters insurance has the best prices I have ever had! Such a great company and get so much more for the price you pa,y, especially if you're a senior on Social security!

I have been a customer of Veronica for 10 years and have never been able to speak to her directly. On multiple occasions I have called her office to discuss changes to my insurance policy, as well as adding coverage on a new vehicle, boat, and home. THEY NEVER ANSWER. Not only do they not answer the phone when I call during business hours, but they also never call back. On at least 5 occasions this past 3 months I have called and gotten no answer. I will leave a message detailing who I am and what I am calling for, yet I still get no reply, even after 5+ business days! State Farm is still a fine option to consider for insurance, just please, for your own sake, do NOT use this agent. Save yourself the headache and find an agent with good reviews who will actually answer the freaking phone.

State Farm has been my preferred agent since 2014. I've never experienced a lack of customer focus, integrity, attention to detail, failure to respond, and billing issues until insuring my vehicle with the Veronica O’Brien agency. Even after filing a complaint when the office attempted to move a separate policy, this agent showed no accountability or interest in contacting me with an explanation of actions. I wouldn't recommend this agent.

Does not answer the phone. It’s impossible to reach this office. Weeks of daily attempts, with no success, finally culminated in changing agents to another State Farm location. (The new agent I picked is great!) Highly recommend to stay away from this location. They have zero interest in helping clients. I’m not even sure this agent is still operating as a business. It’s as if they just vanished and didn’t tell anyone.

This has been our State Farm agent since moving to Missouri about 3 years ago. In particular, Tammy Underwood, one of the primary administrative staff at this location, has been extremely helpful. She was great at explaining new auto registration/property tax rules and helping us with insurance coverage for our new house. Tammy even stayed a bit late for us past normal office hours so that we could collect some paperwork that we needed right away. She is always quick to return phone calls and explains things in a concise and accurate manner. The office also has been very helpful in our process of working through a claim for an auto accident in which we not at fault. Overall this office has been great, and Tammy in particular has greatly exceeded our expectations.
