HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Called on my recently deceased father’s policy for help/guidance and the lady I spoke to was nothing but cold and hateful. She wouldn’t help me, so I ended up not reinsuring through them and found a policy cheaper through liberty mutual. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
I got a quote and drove 200 miles to sign papers and when I arrived I was told that because of impending weather the policy could not be finalized.worst insurance company in Pocahontas.
