I started out with a good experience until I dropped my first insurance check off, had the person at front give me a copy and a signature that he received it to then be told later the actual company they brokered with never received my check. This company still will not take responsibility for losing the check internally and I had to pay a stop check fee of $25 and we have 2 home policy with them. Never again.
