USI Insurance Services

I have a business policy with USI for 3 years now. Every year when it is time for my renewal my adjuster Vanessa Newmann seems to drop the ball and not get everythong to me until the last second for me to make my payment and bind my policy. I have tried reaching someone anyone else to help me and I cannot get anyone on the phone including the adjuster now. I have the email chain showing I have been asking for the information all week long and still nothing. I could never recommend this company to anyone when their adjusters cannot do their jobs in a timely manner. Thanks to the incompetance of Vanessa Newmann my policy is going to lapse and there is nothing I can do about it at this point. He was amazing from start to finish with a lot going on with me moving back to jersey he made the whole purchasing a policy with the best coverage and quote very smooth especially during a stressful time.
