Stacy handled our insurance change with expertise and professionalism. We changed the vehicle we were buying and she never hesitated in making the new change. Stacy was very courteous and prompt in making the changes we requested, as well as sending the information to the dealer, bank and us. She was excellent.

Because we have such a variety of programs and services, CAPPED, Inc. and Trinity Turtle Healing Labyrinth Park pose a problem to the Insurance world. Called to pay on my grandmother's policy on the phone for her home there in nm as I do every may. Last may 2024 they said she was fine. Didn't need anything. This march 2025, I call they tell me insurance did was not renewed. I didn't get any correspondence. They had my correct address than told me they could not rewrite it. They didn't want to insure the house is my opinion I hadn't received any correspondence in a year which is why I called. No explanation. Nothing!!! Just dropped my 97 yr old granny's house like a bad habit. And said oh well
