Now it’s September and I’m being billed by Online Care Company for $45, because they are “out of network”. So UHC ‘s OWN APP referred me to a non participating Doctor. And I should’ve found this out somehow. Nonsense yes, easily resolved. Not at all. I had a minor procedure last year, and I couldn’t have asked for better coverage. The claims were handled quickly, and the customer service team was there for me every step of the way. I’ve never felt so confident in my health insurance.

Very disappointed in United Health care They (at national fall enrollment) state rates for 2024. Then in March 2024 we get notice of rate increase starting June 2024. They fore you to purchase a product with rates good ONLY for 5 months - then increase for 7 months. How is this transparent and they should state that renewal rates are ONLY GOOD FOR FIVE MONTHS I expected more from United Healthcare

I get my carotid arteries checked every year. Considering I had surgery for blockage and 4 min strokes. My co pay is $100.00. This year same policy nothing has changed, you ready, they sent me a statement and said I owe $200.00 because they did the left side and the right side. That's like saying ok. We will charge you for your mamagram for your left breast, and charge you also for your right breast. Iam not paying it. Not getting this Insurance next year
