I spoke with Angela who helped me tremendously. I got a call from another company who tried to sell me "a better policy". Angela spent over a hour going over my policy and telling me the ways other companies try to scam you. She gave me specific questions to ask him and helped me decide which one was better. It wasn't them. I decided to stay with your company because Angela was so patient and through with me. She explained everything in great detail.

Angela did me so good!! She got me a $800 discount and communicated to me in a way I understood and was able to make decisions feeling like I had all the information; rather than being in the dark. She also recognized me as an individual with human needs instead of 'just another caller', and made it really personalized for me. Shout out Angela I will be requesting her from here on out.

We now purchased another warranty for a vehicle we just bought and the info included in the quote was the same when purchased. Honest and upfront information. Then we needed to change the payment date, Kimberly Olsen was very pleasant and helpful in that. She made the whole process easy. I would recommend anytime.
