We had some questions about our new plan with Univera and we were taken care of by LaTico Veasey. She was SO helpful and patient with us seniors! There were things we did not understand when we originally signed up for Univera and she walked us through everything and we were very satisfied with her knowledge.
I am a new member of Univera as of 3/1. I am having Lung Cancer surgery at Roswell Park tomorrow, 3/5. I have been calling the Web Support Number since Monday 3/2, to be able to register on their website. After many calls, and promises of a call back to resolve this issue, I have not received any callbacks, and I just hope and pray my new insurance is accepted when I report to Roswell tomorrow morning at 8:30 am. One would think my situation would present a priority call back. I guess not.
Pretty much useless. I've tried 3 times now to create an online login with using their customer support with no luck. I guess my only option is to continue to have to call them every month to pay my $1,200 premium.
Will not give you your member ID over phone. Lie and say HIPAA law . It's not it's their own policy. They offer to call the doctor or send a new card that won't help up go to a doctor today. ( I didn't lose the card I just didn't receive it yet ) They knowingly prevented medical care from a patient.
I am a healthcare provider who attempted to verify a patient's insurance policy through your office. Unfortunately, I spent 48 minutes on hold without talking to anybody, before having to hang up. As a result, I had to inform one of your policy holders that we cannot bill their insurance because we were unable to reach ANYONE at your company. It is absolutely unreasonable for anyone, let alone providers attempting to verify insurance policies, to spend nearly an hour on hold just to complete a very simple verification. The lack of responsiveness reflects poorly on your organization and directly affects patient care. This is a clear reason why so many of your reviews express similar frustrations. I encourage you to take the steps to improve your communication and provider support because
