The level of professionalism seriously needs to be studied there. I have been going through an ordeal for a near 6 months now. I was never told all the stuff that it entails for me to do from the beginning, I have had stuff on record notarized nine times to be exact, following every right legal procedure and I have still not resolved the issues pertaining to my policy. My life has been on hold from having to wait on the resolving. Representatives answer the phone speaking nice little pleasantries but yet no one is doing their job. There were fraud on my checking account and my account was compromised. What I have a problem with is rather than accepting my new bank account number Unity wants a whole new application about my health filled out and signed before updating my account. I don’t think that has nothing to do with issuing the new account number. I think that is fraud. I have contacted an attorney to check into this situation.

They keep calling me every day despite me saying I’m not interested. Much better companies out there you can go with.

TOTAL INCOMPETENCE! From the start 3 years ago when I entered into a Pre-need funeral contract thru a local Texas funeral home Unity couldn't follow their own contract. They were not suppose to debit my monthly premium until a specific date and they took it out before then.
