Worst company and most sketchy company I've ever dealt with. I've gotten 3 papers in the mail now saying they are canceling my policy but still take my money. Tried to log into my account yesterday to canceling my insurance but its saying my policy is not active but I have a payment pending with my bank. Try to download an app of the company and it comes up Pakistan. Cant reach anyone to actually talk to. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE, I SUGGEST YOU RUN AWAY FAST INSTEAD OF WAITING YOUR MONEY

This company is the worse I don’t recommend it to anyone at all. customer service employees are so rude no respect whatsoever the claim department is horrible don’t waste your money in this company

Worst Insurance money can buy, shady practices and terrible communication. Regardless if you’re insured by them or if someone hit you and they are insured by them. The process is a hassle and they’ll come up with a million excuses on why they will not pay out. They are scamming people. I recommend you go with a different company like state farm or progressive even Geico. I would much rather pay a little more for peace of mind than to be stuck with a company that will just try to screw you over instead of helping you out as an insurance should. STAY AWAY FROM A CRAPPY INSURER

ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY EVER! My car is now going in a month without a single update in regard to my claim I call every single day to the adjuster and supervisor and I do t get any calls returned to me. THEYRE PORTAL IS CRAP! They have no email to send over information to. I am now getting an attorney involved due to the negligence of all the representatives with this company.

The worst insurance company ever they are so full of the got a nerve to have a policy were they don't pay for rental over 25 dollars there is no were in America prices are 25 dollars everything Is 30 and above , and they know that that's why they made this there policy. Never use this company for life,health, or car insurance, but you can use them if you don't want them to take care of you.
