I want to leave this review specifically for Jessica Snopps who I've been working with the past few months to swap both home and auto insurance to Erie with. I was probably more difficult than most with a bunch of different changes and replacing 2 cars right after setting up the new policies. Jessica is absolutely amazing and put in a ton of effort to make sure our situation was fully understood. Even though I felt bad reaching out to her over and over, she always came through! I can't explain enough how nice it is to have somebody like that who you can count on taking care of all of your questions unlike pretty much all of the big name insurers.
