Rachel went above and beyond, working directly with underwriters and got everything done in about two days (after another broker left us hanging for a month and a third told us it would take weeks). Not only did she deliver quickly, but she saved us 25% compared to what we had paid before! Rachel took the time to explain every detail, was patient with all of our questions, was incredibly thorough, and an absolute pleasure to work with.
