They are amazing. They are all very nice and informative/ helpful. Scheduling was easy. Everything was very straightforward and relatively quick. They even can do the plates right in their building! They have a mini RMV counter in there. I was so thrilled. I will always go through them.

Have been doing business with United Insurance Agency since Charlie Johnson founded it decades ago. Charlie was always a wealth of information and was very good at pointing me in the right direction for whatever I needed. He also had a heart of gold and is sorely missed. Since Charlie passed, Hermann Schaefer has been my go-to person there. Both he and the entire staff at United Insurance are friendly, efficient, and have your best interests in mind. It's much better to deal with a local Independent Insurance Agent, who has access to a wide variety of insurance options and can make direct comparisons on coverage & costs, than some faceless entity on the phone or on a website.
