Tonya Libertus is an excellent Local insurance agent and independent insurance broker. She is honest, intelligent, diligent, responsible, and deeply cares about her clients, working hard to get them the coverage they need at a price they can afford -- a rare jewel these days. Most importantly, she has integrity and is a woman of her word. I strongly encourage you to give her a call and shop locally! I happen to know that at least one of the other reviewers here apparently has a personal grudge that has nothing to do with insurance. Don't be swayed by irrelevant "reviews" from "local guides." Decide for yourself! Give Tonya a try.

At first this was a great local agency but they are no longer worth doing business with. This Agent does not return calls in a timely fashion. Additionally, they are often not in the office during business hours. I'm sad to have to write this review! I was happy to have done business with this company for the last 5 years. Over the last year they have become increasingly unreliable. I prefer to work with local businesses but this is no longer one of them.

Tonya has always worked hard to get us the best coverage at the best price. She's saved me loads of money. Best service I've ever had. I won't go to anyone else.

Very unresponsive. Nobody is ever in the office, and they do not return calls or emails. Multiple policies have lapsed as a result of untimely correspondence. Very frustrating. It makes me wonder if they even work there anymore.
