A responsive, customer friendly, and helpful agency. They are brokers so they have more than one brand of insurance. Customers are sure to get a competitive rate because they can compare costs from many companies. I have had my auto with them for 15+ years. Excellent family-owned company!

I have been with Brian for over 20 years. I always get great service. The entire staff goes above and beyond for their clients. I have insurance companies closer to where I live but I will drive the extra distance for the service I get.

I needed to change my Homeowners policy to vacancy insurance which was through Windsor Mount Joy. After several calls and being told I would receive a rewritten policy the only thing I received was a cancellation notice. By the time it was all said and done I never was written a new policy and my mortgage company sent me a letter stating I did not have insurance due to the cancellation. I also received a letter from Tirpak office saying "I'd be glad to rewrite you a policy". I will never use this place again!!

Always there when you need them, super knowledgeable, and exceptional staff! Definitely recommended for all of your insurance needs!
