United Healthcare in Florida

My mom has cancer and needs an approval for an ear exam, she is about to go deaf in one side and it’s been 3 weeks since the request was sent to them It’s always a hustle to get approved for exams. However the monthly payment and all the outrageous co pays are never missed seen by United Health Care. They charge alright !!! But getting approved for an exam that they claim they cover at “sign up” is now impossible!!!!!!

If you are new phone is not a available and it hangs up. If you already have insurance they rudely hang up because they wont make a commission. Called to ask for the customer service department and they kept hanging up.

United Health Care “Golden Rule” plan It turned out to be “the Golden Rules is “ “don’t pay the claim “, I can see now why they call the company that name. they charge you monthly and denied every claim.
