Customer Reviews
I have spent over 5 hours on the phone with these people because they are unable to open and answer an emergency email sent by my company. They failed to read the prior email and now are refusing to enroll me in my insurance in a timely manner and I am having a medical emergency. This has been two weeks of fighting them for something that should have taken 48 hours. Even their managers are completely incapable and unable to push simple buttons or reach out to their enrollment office. I am now working with my company's legal team in the case that I am hospitalized or worse, so that my wife is not left completely alone with nothing.
Denied my yearly physical claim because “too much bloodwork” was done. I’m now stuck with $2,465 bill. This is the second time I’ve had a claim denied by these hacks. Will be cancelling my insurance with these guys. They will do anything they can to never pay out any claims. Greediest healthcare company on the planet. Thank god their CEO got shot. I don’t blame whoever did it
Absolutely horrible. Horrible, horrible horrible. This insurance is useless but yet they want to be paid but they won't pay you or participate with anybody. The worst insurance company I've ever dealt with do not waste your money. Go with somebody else. Nobody there has a freaking clue what they're talking about. Been on the phone for 15 hours now this week
Called to speak to Brian Thompson but they said he was unavailable. SHAME ON HIM for not being in the office to help customers, I sure hope his poor decision making never puts him in a tricky situation. Luckily this agent in the photo was able to assist in my claim! Very nice man named Luigi!
Terrible. They refuse to cover a medication . They are medical professionals- your doctor is and if your doctor prescribes a medication clearly you need it. Me doctor did a prior authorization too and it was still denied. It’s a basic remedial concept. Someone pays for insurance coverage- they go to doctor- doctor prescribes- insurance covers and or pays partial and you pay copay. Do better. If you are an employer seeking a new insurance company for your employees stay clear. If you have any choice do not pick United !!
