UHC has taken extremely good care of me. I cannot complain one iota. I am disabled and have their dual medical insurance policy. I receive 36 rides a year to medical, gymnasiums, drug stores and grocery stores. They give me a certain amount of credit every month. They reward me for doing simple things. I do not have one bad thing to say about them. The dental insurance is good. Vision is great. I don't know who these losers that are leaving all these reviews are talking about.

I have Medicade/Medicare through United Healthcare North Carolina. When I first took the policy it was because it covered 4K in Dental Coverage. I couldn't get a Dentist Office to accept it, even when they were in network. The few that I found were booked up for a year or not taking anymore patients. So I wasn't able to use the 4K in the Dental Insurance. Then they dropped it to 2K this year. I would've been better off to go through Blue Cross and Blue Shield. But what really made Me Angry was I called to add Dental Gap insurance and they transferred Me to the Sales Department, then they gave Me the 800 number for agents in North Carolina. When I called and explained that I wanted to add Dental Gap insurance to my Dental plans and pay for it out of my pocket, She said they wouldn't let Me

I have been having problems with this company a lot with there representatives management and other associates. I have been lied to doing a lot of of rewards and mainly the house call and doing these rewards I was told that my money will be uploaded to my card in three days and never received my money towards my card. Also problems with receiving my medication bills never paid that’s supposed to be covered up on my insurance. It’s just a lot with United healthcare that I could go on and on, but it just ridiculous and I would like the other customers to know about this company and I have file claims with the Attorney General office and the Better Business Bureau and now I am doing this review so that others can be aware of what’s going on with this company. Really neat company that doesn't cover life changing medications for those in desperate need.
