United Auto Insurance Agency

I’m really surprised by how this company operates its insurance services. I used their service for one year and six months and never had any accidents or issues. This makes me concerned about how problems would be handled if something serious actually occurred. I canceled my policy last year through the agency, yet today I received a debt collection letter. Despite multiple attempts to contact the insurance company, I haven’t been able to speak with anyone to understand what went wrong or why this balance exists. I would not recommend anyone to use services from this entity.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have to wait about 30- 40 mins for anyone to ever answer. It’s been two months since a claim has been filed and I still don’t have anything resolved. This is absolutely y far the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Left several calls to the supervisor Maria Gonzalez. And have never received a call back from her. My adjuster Lucia Jimenez is just as bad.

DO NOT get this insurance this company is a joke! They will never give you a call back and if you do reach someone they’re giving you the run around. They do not care about their customers!! Will be getting a lawyer

THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY EVER! It has been 3 months since my car was deemed totaled and THEY CONTINUE TO DRAG THEIR FEET AND HAVE YET TO PAY OUT MY CLAIM! THEY NEED TO BE SUED AND OUT OF BUSINESS !

This company got to be a scam 😒 because the phone number doesn't work no ring sound at all.
