Very disappointed service. The guy who has been taking care of my policy did not really remember what he was doing. When he said he would DEFINITELY return the call, do not believe him, because he DOES forget. I contacted him at least a month prior to expiration date for the last renewal. But it was only a couple of days prior to the expiration when the renewal was done. It took almost a month as he kept forgetting to get back to me. So I had to keep to remind him what was going on with my policy. I should not have used him again, but I did as he got me better deal than others that I got. Unfortunately, nothing has been changed with him. So it should be the time to do it by myself, or find another agency.

The people here are extremely friendly and have your best interest. So happy to have found them!
