The agents aren't the brightest! Called in 20 times and they still cannot figure out how to correct their typing error! I wonder who hired them?! They were speaking Spanish with me but I don't speak Spanish.

I cannot begin to describe the horrific service I received today. I went in for a few questions on a claim I need to start. I called before coming, came prepared with information and questions. Whoever assisted me was dense, to put it best. She interrupted me when I spoke, she did not understand what I was trying to explain to her. She also claimed I was trying to ask her to do something that would cost her job. Which is ridiculous because I don’t even have a claim, nor was asking her to do anything outside of advice on how to proceed. I know I have a case because I’ve spoken to other agents over the phone who have advised me to sit with a person face to face. She was also raising her voice in front of other people and I am confused as to why. She also didn’t even ask what she could do t

You guys doesn't have any costumer service even on the the phone it is bad attention for people and plus that I can make no appoiment because the link said it doesn't exist wth that is crazy.

Waited 3 weeks for the soonest appointment. When I got there 8:50am there was only 2 ppl sitting down. Not even a full house. So I waited 3 weeks for my appointment to tell me I need to wait 2 more weeks for a phone call to further questions about my termination of my last job when I have the letter from my company in my hand. Making an appointment was a waste of time. This could of been done within the first two weeks when I first claimed back in Jan 21. NOW I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL MARCH 8TH. Don't depend on this place. Just save your money for a rainy day.

I understand that you are probably the busiest department in the state, but you have to have a human pick up the phone! There are questions that I have that your website, robot, and/or automated email responses don't answer. I have a simple question about my account that could probably be resolved over the phone, but i have to wait until 11/02. I'm not trying to claim that I need the money more than anyone else, but my landlord can only be so kind for so long. Also you should put the proper link on your website for ID ME. I only found out the link provided doesn't work because I went to the office directly about scheduling an appointment and they through in a "by the way The ID ME link doesn't work." He had the working link printed on a piece of paper with no other info. How is anyone supp
