I’ve dealt with Ian regarding an insurance matter that was pretty important and needed to be handled immediately. He was able to quickly discern what the issue was and identify a solution. Because a number of different companies were involved, it seemed mildly complicated to me, but he was able to explain clearly exactly what steps needed to be taken to resolve the problem and how he would proceed to handle this issue.
