I renewed this policy, and I was double charged on my credit card. There is no way a customer can speak with a person in billing. The agents can only send "notes" and there is no followup from the company. I was told the billing dept is unable to reverse the charge, and in 7-10 days, I will receive a check. I also learned the policy is nonrefundable. With limited customer service and out of date processes, I have little confidence in this companies ability to pay claims.
I have used UATP for all my cruise travels. However, I have not used their service to date. (Thank Heavens) Great price for a year for two people. I would highly recommend for anyone to look at all their travel insurance services.
