Tyler Little - State Farm Insurance Agent

Want to say how wonderful Tyler Little State Farm is. Had an issue with water pouring down from our ceiling in garage due to an ice dam that had formed on our roof. I didn’t know what to do or who to call. Called Tyler Little State Farm to see if they were even open in this aftermath of Winter Storm Fern. Summer answered and was so helpful! It was such a blessing to talk to a real person and not a machine. She immediately started getting in touch with people that could help us. We’ve been with Tyler Little State Farm for a few years now. They are the best! They have been so responsive and helpful. Always there to help and answer questions big or small. Highly recommend them!! They always go above and beyond.

Kenzie and Brenya have been so helpful and knowledgeable while handling my insurance. I have asked more from them than most should ever and they always answer my questions and make recommendations that have saved me thousands and ensured I was covered properly at the same time. The recent ice storm caused damage to facilities where we had some insured items stored. Summer tracked down the information needed to respond to my request in a timely manner, just as she always does for any of my questions. Tyler and his team take great care of their clients!

Charles Brawner At State Farm was absolutely incredible! Prompt with his quotes, very hands on, and very thorough. He shopped my commercial auto, homeowners policy and i am saving almost 6k a year!!!! Attention small buisness owners, absolutely call this guy to shop your policies! Every dollar counts.

They increased my car and auto rates a huge amount. I called agent had to leave voice message to cancel. No one called back. I had to call State Farm and they can’t cancel and transferred me to Max at agents office and he said he would cancel and send me email confirmation. He never sent email and went home for the day and the office was closed for the day. I guess I will call again tomorrow and chase them around all day to get it cancelled but they are dodging me right now. Just bad business all around.
