I have been a long-time customer of State Farm and Mr. Ellis and have been extremely happy with the service they have provided. They are always quick to respond to my questions. I am not a "big money" client by any means, but they always take the time to treat me with respect. I would highly recommend this agency if you are looking for insurance in South Mississippi.

🚫 DO NOT. 🚫 I wasn’t happy with my insurance at State Farm so I switched companies. I went and got a new policy with a new company on April 3. That company relayed the message to State Farm to let them know that the policy with them is no longer active and I have moved on. I check my bank statements today and they charged me for 2 MONTHS. APRIL & MAY. I was no longer covered by them during the month of April nor May but yet I was charged. Now it’s going to be 2 + weeks before I will see any reimbursement. Very disappointed and very unhappy.

Brittany was very helpful in explaining all of my coverage's to me. She made me feel like she really cared about me and my family.. I would recommend her to anyone.
