Everything has been great working with Sarah and Heather, they really made everything very simple, especially for a person with ADHD like me. I really appreciate them.
My husband had a tire blow out of I-20 several months ago. We have had insurance on this truck with Allstate since we purchased it in 2006 The company has changed hands since our purchase. We also have two houses and two other vehicles insured thru Tyler Elliott. They were not helpful at all and did not seem to be concerned about being helpful. . I was shocked that I was expected to go on line and fill out my own claim. I never did speak at all with Tyler Elliott. I'm just not used to such lack of concern from the owner of the company who carries my insurance. I have spoken with Mike and Diane several times, and they have were very nice and able to answer my questions. If you are looking for an agent to be there in your time of need, this would not be the company for you
The best insurance company I have ever been with 10/10 recommend. Very friendly and helpful when you need assistance!
